SITEM participants can submit paper proposals in abstract format to be presented in a poster or digital artifact show. All papers submitted within the defined deadlines will be subject to review by the scientific committee, based on criteria indicated by the general coordination of the event, relating to clarity, structure, relevance and consistency.
Upon completion of the review process, authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the proposed paper to be presented in SITEM.
The abstract proposals should be sent to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the proposal, a confirmation e-mail will be sent by the organizing committee. They can be submitted in Portuguese, English or Spanish, and must strictly follow the formatting standards included in one of the templates below:

All abstracts accepted to be presented in SITEM, are going to be published in the Proceedings (digital format), after the event.
- Abstract Submissions: extended up to July 2nd, 2018.
- Announcement of accepted abstracts: August 9th, 2018.
- Presentation of the papers in poster format and digital exhibition: September 19th, 2018 (during the event).
